better managementLast time, we discussed how letting your staff make mistakes would result in better performance. The same goes for you. Experience is the best teacher and making mistakes gives you a big, “No, I did this last time. I made a mistake. I won’t do it again” sign.

Mistakes can be missing the deadline, poor execution of a project or lost client. The sad thing is a lot of managers conceal their mistakes and forget about past mistakes. A good manager would not even try to put a curtain on it. A good manager would analyze what it is that might have caused a problem or mistake. This would later prevent it from happening again.

We all make mistakes. It’s time to learn from them.
