Set An Example
Everyone has a hero. Someone who you look up to. Someone you respect and want to imitate. Some who you would strive to become.
As the manager of a group, you are that person. As a manager, you will need to be an example for your staff. If you go to work early, there’s a very good chance that people will notice it and will strive to copy that. If you are someone who works well, there’s a very good chance that your staff will do the best they can to imitate you. If you don’t care about your work and go to work late, chances are your staff would will be careless too. You need to set an example in everything you do. You will be a role model.
