There has been a few emails and forum posts I have read about the said July 18 Earthquake. I just don’t believe such things but for some reason, even after I felt 2 earthquakes in a span of 2 days, just days before the ‘prophesied’ earthquake, I having some doubts. Huh?

Of course not! Incidents like these happen. Purely coincidental I believe. Unless some science can prove such predictions, I will not believe in it or any other predictions.

Here are a few excerpts from the experts:

There is no basic science behind it,” said Phivolcs Director Renato Solidum Jr.

Solidum said there was no science organization that could determine or predict an earthquake—its exact magnitude and date.

Debunking the allegedly looming tremor, Solidum said that before the public started panicking and believing the e-mail, it was best to check the authenticity of Daroose’s identity.

“It must be [proven] whether this person is real or not,” he said.

I rest my case.

No one can tell what the future holds. At least none that I know of.
