I am currently in the process of creating an online invoicing software which can help with anyone who has invoicing needs.

Why

I’ve been doing creating a lot of stuff which I almost never finished. This time, I was tasked of creating an invoicing system for our company’s clients. I decided to create it as a personal project at home.

When

The online invoicing software isn’t finished yet. I’d say it’s half-way to being released in it’s Alpha version. Of course, the software will be downloaded from this site when it is released. I just hope it will meet people’s expectations :p

I will give you an update if anything comes up. For now, I’d have to keep busy with this

Google Docs Template Directory

If you’re like me, I build on the best sample I see when writing reports and homeworks. Luckily, Google Docs have released the Google Docs Template Directory.

Google Docs consists of Google Documents, Spreadsheets and Presentations templates like resumes, wedding albums, invitation cards and letterheads.

This thing is quite a ‘thumbs-up’ for Google Docs along with the features and functionality that Google Docs has. If you’re not using Google Docs for personal things or for your business, I suggest you try it.

New 7 Wonders of the World

Having been fascinated all my life about the 7 wonders of the world, I read a lot about them. However, I never heard of anything such as the New 7 Wonders of the World. Luckily, I have a friend that forwarded me a link to a site where people would actually vote for the 7 wonders of the world.

Twiddlah: Web Based Meeting Playground

Ever want to have a whiteboard where-in you can discuss online with your co-workers, colleagues, friends any practically anyone with an internet from across the globe?

Twiddla, a free service where people collaborate by drawing. Although, I was fascinated by the features it has, Twiddla would have been much better with video chats. It is quite buggy as well. My Firefox had an error with it. The text tool didn’t work for me. Basically, the only thing that worked was the brush or pencil tool.

Twiddla is potentially a good service but until the bugs are fixed and I can actually use the nice features, I would have to retrain myself from using Twiddla. Sorry Twiddla but you’re just not that usable yet.

Adsense Song

Hmmm.. I really didn’t think Google’s Adsense would be posting something like this but… they have. An Adsense song has been created for newbies.

WordCamp Philippines 2008

At long last, I would meet fellow Filipino bloggers. Although I’ve met some, a gathering like the Wordcamp Philippines 2008 would be awesome.

Hmm.. What is Wordcamp anyway? According to Weblog Tools Collection, it is a conference type event focusing on the development of Wordpress.

I had been using Wordpress since 2006 for a number of blogs I had in the past. Many times, I’ve looked into some blogging platforms but have always come back to Wordpress not only because of it’s superior blog features but also for the large community behind it.

Now that a Wordcamp will be held here, I will definitely join, see and hear about the future plans of the Wordpress developers. I’d also like to hear about bbpress, their forum software.

Eraserheads Reunion Confirmed

After rumors of the Eraserheads having a reunion concert, it has finally been confirmed. Here are the Eraserheads reunion details:

When: August 30, 2008
Where: CCP Complex open grounds in Pasay
Price: Absolutely Free

The expected number of people there is around 35, 000. The news about the Eraserheads reunion has been spreading like wildfire and I believe there will be more people than that.

Water Powered Car

Last week, we blogged about renewable energy to replace oil due to soaring oil prices. Just recently, a Japanese firm released what is soon to be the most practical water-powered car. The car runs at 80 kilometers per hour for one hour on a liter of water. The fascinating thing about this water powered car is that it can run on virtually any type of water. Salt water, fresh water, even tea.

“Our technology needs no outside energy to split hydrogen and oxygen from [water],” explained Onishi.

If this is introduced in the market now, in 5 years I bet the demand of oil around the world would reduce thus lowering oil prices but I guess by that time it would be too late. We’d probably be using water powered cars.
